  • Honestly, these 4 pages and 11 plans were overwhelming to navigate
  • SMBs can buy foundational support, sales-only or the suite, but sales isn’t included in the suite
  • It’s not clear to me what the different between foundational support plans and the suite plans are
  • Interesting that they don’t bundle sales with the suite plans and offer a discount
  • Overall, I’d need to talk to a sales rep as a SMB, which is why I gave it a low rating
