- They are showing 3 packages, but there are really only 2 since Pro Monthly and Pro Annual are technically the same package
- They are essentially monetizing their exclusive content with Pro
- Since the content is exclusive, I was surprised not to see a link to landing page where I can get more information about the exclusive content offerings
- Pro Annual has two additional features from Pro Monthly (attending online investing bootcamps and downloading unlimited lease agreement packages)
- These two features are different enough that I’d expect Pro Annual to be a separate package and then I get a discount if I pay annually
- BiggerPockets has content aimed at “newbies” all the way up to seasoned investors
- It feels like a missed opportunity not to structure their paid packages around this spectrum of real estate investor sophistication
- Starter CTA should be “try for free”
